Debbie started her career in the aviation industry in 1991, where she was involved in various flying and non-flying positions at Virgin Atlantic Airways in the United Kingdom.
After almost 18 years at Virgin Atlantic, she joined TUI group and was responsible for facilitating a merger between two United Kingdom legacy carriers and the challenges of bringing two distinct cultures together.
Since September 2010, Debbie holds the position of Training Manager & Business Development at TAG Global Training, which is part of the business unit of TAG Aviation (UK).
Within this role, Debbie has expanded the portfolio of TAG Global Training, managing 70 third-party clients in the aviation industry, and has been dedicated to developing training programmes for staff and family offices of the ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), as well as engaging and developing the synergies within the Superyacht training community.
In 2017, Debbie became the advisor to TAG Aviation Asia, mainly involved in the transformation of its internal training business for developing the stand-alone business unit, Flight Training Resources (FTR).
To this day, Debbie remains the advisor to the FTR team. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the third-party business jet training in particular to the complexity of compliance under a highly regulated environment.
