Fanessa Lee joined TAG Aviation Asia in 2012 and supported in expanding the cabin service delivery among many different aircrafts in the fleet. She took the initiative to offer support in the office, and was promoted as the Assistant Manager of the Cabin Crew. She also received trainings and became a HKCAD certified SEP instructor as well as an EASA certified CRM instructor.
Fanessa’s passion acted as a driving force and motivated her to ensure the crew received the highest standards of training. Her devotion was recognised by Gulfstream and she was therefore invited to become a member of the Customer Advisory Board. Subsequently, she was promoted as the Manager of Training and Development in TAG Aviation Asia in 2017. In 2018, with the investment from Flight Training Group, Fanessa reached another milestone by establishing and launching a separate training organisation – Flight Training Resources, which she aimed to set the benchmark for Cabin Safety Training within the industry.

Yvonne Tam began her career in the aviation industry in 2004, and it started in Virgin Atlantic Airways. For over 12 years at Virgin, other than providing exceptional in-flight services, she also acted as an ambassador for the brand.
Yvonne then joined Cathay Pacific Airways as Safety Training Specialist. Her experience as Training Instructor at Cathay had her master facilitating training with Crews from diverse backgrounds.
In June 2018, Yvonne joined Flight Training Resources (FTR) as Training Instructor, where she adapted the interactive and participatory training style of FTR and helped to facilitate cabin safety training in a very well-balanced and professional way.
Debbie started her career in the aviation industry in 1991, where she was involved in various flying and non-flying positions at Virgin Atlantic Airways in the United Kingdom.
After almost 18 years at Virgin Atlantic, she joined TUI group and was responsible for facilitating a merger between two United Kingdom legacy carriers and the challenges of bringing two distinct cultures together.
Since September 2010, Debbie holds the position of Training Manager & Business Development at TAG Global Training, which is part of the business unit of TAG Aviation (UK).
Within this role, Debbie has expanded the portfolio of TAG Global Training, managing 70 third-party clients in the aviation industry, and has been dedicated to developing training programmes for staff and family offices of the ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), as well as engaging and developing the synergies within the Superyacht training community.
In 2017, Debbie became the advisor to TAG Aviation Asia, mainly involved in the transformation of its internal training business for developing the stand-alone business unit, Flight Training Resources (FTR).
To this day, Debbie remains the advisor to the FTR team. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the third-party business jet training in particular to the complexity of compliance under a highly regulated environment.
